To get to your e-mail go to http://mail.dpmf.org
You will see a dialog like this one:
Use the same username as before
Ask Christine for your password
Choose your preferred language, choose a new password, type the characters you see in the picture in the designated box, and click "I Accept. Create my account" (at the bottom).
Voila. On the top left are links to the different services tied to your account. All of which can be shared (for collaboration or simply for viewing) with any other dpmf.org member, or anyone else you choose.
A link to your e-mail settings is at the top right.
If you do not use Outlook, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird, find out how to upload all your old e-mails into gmail by here.
To Upload you e-mail from Outlook, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird to your Gmail account online (you can still use outlook after this process) follow these steps:
Download the Google E-mail Uploader from here

Enter your username and password
Do not forget to put @dpmf.org at the end of your username
Select the mail accounts and folders you would like to upload to your account
Select your uploading options then click Upload.
After you click upload it will take some time to upload all your e-mails to google - depending on how many you have - and once the upload is finished it might still take some time for your e-mails to appear in Gmail.
Once you have uploaded your e-mails and contacts to gmail find out how to configure outlook (or any other program) here.
If you use Outlook/Outlook Express/Thunderbird click here.
If you used the old squirrelmail webmail interface exclusively follow these instructions:
Log into Gmail (see step 1)
Click "Settings" at the top right"
Next to "Get mail from other accounts:" click "Add another mail account"
Enter your username and password
For POP Server enter 66.49.153.1 - leave the port as it is (110)
*Optional - creat a label for all your old e-mails; for searching and organization.
Click "Cancel" when asked to send mail as username@66.49.153.1
Gmail will download your e-mails (200 at a time) from the old server. During this time your e-mail service will continue uninterrupted.
You can check the progress of the download at any time by going to Settings > Accounts
Once all your e-mails have been downloaded delete the account
To configure Outlook or any other program you must first enable either IMAP or POP access to your Gmail account. I would suggest enabling IMAP access as this will synchronize your e-mail locally as well as remotely so that your e-mail will be the same wether you login through Outlook, Gmail, or your Phone (i.e. all your folders will be synchronized). If you are on a slow or unreliable internet connection, I suggest using POP3 instead of IMAP
